intentionally refuses to fill forms

cant fill forms, says such requires use the windows or mac. What a joke, one that isnt even funny! I used another app and works fine. (Thereby making the claim "Requires" wrong. Of course Adobe wont say to use another program, and does not even list the fill and sign mobile app, further making the "Requires" error even more ...errant, ha.)

Used to work many versions back but still has such. Not even a bug but intentional so no need for a bug report.
