So I am fairly new to iOS. Coming from Android and the Samsung Galaxy Note 5(where Adobe PDF reader came standard) 1 honestly never thought to search for Adobe when I got my 9.7" iPad Pro and Apple Pencil (Its also like Adobe specialized their iPad apps with the thought of Pro and Pencil users in mind as well). I just assumed Adobe was Microsoft & Android exclusive. So after tying several disappointing markup apps, I saw the Adobe Fill & sign in the "Related" section and had a field day! found Acrobat Reader and the rest is history! I have so many PDF versions 08 reference books and with Adobe Acrobat Reade, highlighting, annotating, underlining, etc. my books has never been easier! Now when Igo to note fate in Microsoft OneNote, it will be a BREEZE! Plus you can save and inport and export docs. anywhere youd like, instead of just iCloud or iCloud Drive (having been an Android user for 6 years, all of my info is with Google. I love that I can keep it that way with Adobe).
